We still have vendor spaces open for March 11th! We are looking for vendors that focus on providing empowerment to the body, soul, and spirit. This includes, but is not limited to... art, jewelry, readers, musicians, chiropractors, yoga, counselors, acupuncturists, herbalists, coaches, unique products, pre-packaged edible items made by your business, books and literature, healers, herbalists, naturopaths, reflexology, etc. Please see the vendor list at the bottom of the main page (CLICK HERE). As more vendors are accepted, they will be added to that list.
We’ll have one food vendor providing healthy food and drinks from 9:00 to 5:00. A “food garden” will be set up in the middle of the room (behind spaces 22-35). We encourage vendors in these spaces to hang items on the back of their booths (facing the garden) to enhance the garden theme. Advertisements and garden decorations for your booths are welcome, too.
Booth Information: We are offering much lower vendor rates than other holistic fairs in exchange for vendor help with promoting the event through social media, newsletters, e-mail lists, putting up posters at the place of business, handing out flyers to customers, inviting Facebook friends to the festival "event," etc., Spaces 26-38, 33-35: Card Table Booth – 6x7 = $60 (none available) Spaces 22-25, 29-32: Medium Booth – 9x8 = $85 (none available) Spaces 3-16: Standard Booth – 10x10 = $105 (a few available) Spaces 1 - 2, and 17-20: Premium Booth – 10x10 = $120 (3 available)
Electricity is available to vendors in spaces 1 – 21 (one outlet per space) You’ll be responsible for bringing your own power cords and power strips. We request that all power strips have surge protectors.
Download booth map at bottom of page! Note... sponsors are in spaces 20 and 21. Spaces 1 and 2 are now premium booths.
General Information: This event is free to the public in order to encourage higher attendance. Festivals of this nature generally have an entrance fee so... please help us promote it!
The information booth will be located in the main entrance. A staff member will be at the booth providing lecture schedules, taking pre-sales of MP3 lecture set, and checking in vendors.
** Early vendor acceptance letters will go out by February 15, 2017 to the e-mail address you provide on the vendor application. The letter will include your booth space and general information. Booths assignments will be based on booth size preferences listed in the vendor application. If several vendors request similar booth sizes and we don’t have enough to go around, preference is then based on when application was received.
** Upon acceptance as a vendor, you’ll be asked to pay your booth fee through PayPal. Payment informationwill be sent in a separate e-mail.
** Vendors are responsible for providing their own partitions between spaces. Three-foot tall back drops will be provided for vendor spaces 22 – 35. Vendors in spaces 1 – 21 will have a wall behind them.
** Vendors may set up Friday night between 8:00 to 9:00 PM or Saturday morning between 7:30 to 9:00 AM. Vendors must be ready to sell by 9:00 AM. No refunds after March 1st. 50% refund between February 15 and March 1st. Please be courteous and let us know if you won’t be able to attend.
** Although this may seem obvious, we ask that vendors be courteous and friendly with other vendors and the public. Please be set up on time and don’t take down your booth until 6:00 PM. Failure to follow event guidelines will result in vendor not being invited to future festivals. We must be completely out of the building by 8:00 PM on Saturday.
** We encourage vendors to have booth raffles, provide some simple free materials (flyers, handouts, trinkets, etc.) but NO free food! We want our food vendor to do well, too. We ask that vendors have a space for the lecture schedule at their booths. This is a time to promote your business/service! We encourage vendors to sign people up for your newsletters and set appointments either during the festival, or at a later time.
** All wall spaces (1-21) have peg-board as the main backing. The center spaces (22-35) will have a three-foot tall drape and piping system as a back wall.
** There is NO Internet on site. For those in the center booths that may need to charge a device, you can do that at the information booth or make friends with a vendor who has electricity.
Lecturers: We are inviting vendors to give lectures about topics of interest involving empowerment for the body, soul, and spirit! If you would like to be considered as a lecturer, please visit the LECTURES page for more information. There’s a space to indicate your interest in lecturing on the vendor application. All lecturers must also be vendors.
